What you're agreeing to when you use BlindSpot. Short and specific, on purpose — see Privacy and Security for how your data is actually handled.
These terms are between you and BlindSpot, LLC ("BlindSpot," "we," "us"), a Florida limited liability company. By creating an account, connecting a mailbox, or otherwise using BlindSpot, you agree to them. If you're using BlindSpot on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to agree on its behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old to use BlindSpot.
BlindSpot reads mail you connect, plus any photo, screenshot, or note you send it, and surfaces things that look like commitments you've made. You decide what to do about each one: mark it done, snooze it, or dismiss it. BlindSpot never sends, replies to, edits, or deletes anything on your behalf — see What We Read for exactly what that means.
BlindSpot uses AI to identify and summarize commitments. It can miss things, and it can occasionally flag something that isn't really a commitment. It's a second set of eyes, not a guarantee that nothing will fall through the cracks — you're still responsible for the promises you make to your customers, and for double-checking anything BlindSpot surfaces before you rely on it.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for anything that happens through your account. New accounts get a 7-day free trial — no credit card required to start. One trial per mailbox; connecting a mailbox that's already used a trial on another account doesn't get a second one.
After the trial, BlindSpot is $9.99/month, billed on a recurring basis until you cancel. No annual contract, no tiers, no surprise upsells.
Cancel anytime from Settings. Canceling stops future billing; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. We don't provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
Prices can change. If they do, we'll give you notice before it applies to your account.
Use BlindSpot for its intended purpose — tracking commitments from your own mail, photos, and notes. Don't connect a mailbox you're not authorized to access, try to break or circumvent the service, or use it in a way that violates the law or infringes anyone else's rights.
You own what you send into BlindSpot — your email, photos, and notes. You're granting us only the limited permission needed to process it and show it back to you as a commitment card, nothing more. See Privacy for exactly what's stored, for how long, and who ever sees it.
BlindSpot is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will catch every commitment in your mail or messages.
To the extent permitted by law, BlindSpot, LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including a missed commitment, lost business, or lost revenue — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
You can delete your account anytime from Settings — see Privacy for exactly what that removes. We can suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
We may update these terms as BlindSpot changes. For a meaningful change, we'll post the update here and, where practical, let you know directly. Continuing to use BlindSpot after a change takes effect means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Questions about these terms: support@useblindspot.com.
