How the trial actually works
You get 7 full days, and connecting a mailbox doesn't cost anything to try since no card is collected up front. If you keep using it past day 7, you'll see a simple screen asking you to subscribe for $9.99/month before monitoring picks back up — nothing is ever auto-charged, because there's no card on file to charge. If you decide it's not for you, just stop; there's nothing to cancel, since you were never billed.
Pricing questions
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Not right now — BlindSpot is month-to-month only at $9.99/month while it's early. That may change later, but there's no annual plan today.
Will I be charged automatically when the trial ends?
No. Since no card is required to start the trial, there's nothing on file to auto-charge. When the 7 days are up, you'll be asked to subscribe before monitoring continues — it only ever happens when you actively choose to pay.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, one click from Settings, no support ticket and no retention flow. It takes effect immediately.
Does connecting more than one mailbox cost extra?
No. $9.99/month covers every mailbox you connect to the same account.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe. BlindSpot never sees or stores your full card number.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your commitments and connections stay in place unless you separately delete your account — canceling just stops monitoring and billing. See the Privacy page for exactly what's kept and for how long.
